MUSTANGS JUNIOR FOALS
Mustangs Junior Foals help boys and girls aged 10 to Under 15 years develop their football skills, teamwork, and confidence in a supportive and fun environment.
WHY CHOOSE GRIDIRON
Football is the only sport that welcomes all shapes, sizes, and athletic abilities, with a position suited for everyone. The game fosters key life skills such as leadership, resilience, and teamwork, which not only benefit players on the field but also set them up for success in the classroom and beyond. Gridiron teaches valuable lessons that help kids grow in a supportive and inclusive environment, making it the perfect sport for all.
cOME TRAIN WITH US
Gridiron Trian with us days offers an exciting 1.5-hour training session focused on movement patterns, throwing, and catching skills. Coached by Australia's Gridiron Elite, all of whom have either played internationally, for Australia or their State. This session is designed to help players of all abilities develop their fundamental techniques for skill-specific positions through drills and competition.
The program is part of a 3-series format, allowing players to foster relationships and build skills without the commitment of a full season. Each session is designed to offer a fun and dynamic learning experience, where players can improve their athleticism and teamwork in a supportive environment.
It’s an inclusive experience where every player, regardless of size or ability, can thrive and develop their potential in the game of gridiron.

JUNIOR MUSTANG FOALS 10-u15 YRS
The Junior Foals (ages 10-15) is designed to focus on foundational football skills, fitness, and overall athletic development. This program helps young athletes build a solid base in the game, preparing them for the more competitive aspects of tackle football in the future. In addition to skill development, the foal program includes non-contact competitions where participants are split into teams with coaches. These sessions allow players to develop their teamwork, communication, and strategy as they learn the fundamentals of offensive and defensive plays. It’s a fun, dynamic environment where kids can experience the thrill of competitive play while focusing on growth and improvement in a safe, non-contact setting. The Junior Foal's program ensures that players not only build physical skills but also grow in confidence and enjoy the excitement of football in a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.
WHAT OUR MUSTANG FOAL PARENTS SAY
"My son has played team sports since the age of 5, but playing Gridiron was something he always wanted to do. He attended a Gridiron skills day when he was 13. His love for the sport flourished after attending. He has found his fit, he has found his passion and is committed to his Club both on and off the field."
Anneke Kelly - Current Brumby Parent
"My sons played soccer and rugby league. We made them play these sports because we thought that was all that was available. My son found the skills day online and loved every minute we traveled from Campbelltown because there wasn't anything like it in our area "
